Maïmouna Jallow is a writer, journalist and producer. Most recently Maïmouna held the position of Event Director of the African Media Leaders Forum, Africa’s largest gathering of media owners and leaders. She has also worked as a producer and reporter for the BBC World Service and later managed Regional Communications for Medécins Sans Frontières (MSF) in the Horn of Africa region. Maimouna has a passion for writing and is working on her first novel. She holds a master’s degree in African studies from the School of Oriental and African Studies, University of London. She is fluent in English, French, Spanish and Portuguese.
