November 2, 2015 @ 10:00 AM - 11:00 AM

South Africa’s constitution is internationally lauded for its protection of human rights and its advancement of democratic government. Despite concerns surrounding the impact of long-term party incumbency and erosion of state institutions’ ability to implement legislation, the constitution remains the backbone of South African democracy and safeguard of the rule of law.
