Prosperity should be for all.  Following the continuous improvement of the country in the doing business from WB and its engagement to the Open Government Partnership, Cote d’Ivoire is showing that it came back as the powerhouse of the region.  Cote d’Ivoire remains the only francophone sub Saharan country having a High Level Partnership program the HMG.
