BIG60 is an annual ‘pop up’ culture and lifestyle event created by A Whitespace Creative Agency (AWCA) in partnership with the British Council, which provides artistic and culinary experiences to its visitors. BIG 60 aims to celebrate culture and creative expression #MadeInNigeria, from visual arts, to poetry and music, fashion and much more.
For the first time since inception, the 2016 edition of BIG60, themed “Crossing Borders” will be hosted in London at The Africa Centre.
The Africa Centre is proud to welcome new talents from the visual and performing art scenes, with the aim to celebrate creative expression #MadeInNigeria.
Through BIG60, The Africa Centre is committed to stimulate intercultural dialogue between Africa and its diaspora in the UK and promote African creatives on the rise.
